How can I change the contractor receiving my electricity?

In order to change the contractor, in accordance with the requirements of the Distribution Network Operators, the electricity sold and collected (for own needs) must be commercially balanced by one entity - it is necessary to conclude two contracts: the purchase and sale of electricity.
