Veolia Energy Contracting Poland (VECP) is a multi-energy company that was created out of the need to concentrate in one place competences and experience in the field of energy efficiency and transformation, sales of energy, gas and heat, purchase of energy from renewable energy sources and purchase and logistics of fuels (coal and biomass). for companies in the Veolia Group. Our offices are located in Warsaw, Poznań and Łódź.

Krzysztof Zamasz

Chairman of the Board

Ph.D. Krzysztof Zamasz, commercial director, vice-president and member of the management board of Veolia Group in Poland, president of the management board of Veolia Energy Contracting Poland, responsible for the development of heating systems, water and waste business line of Veolia in Poland. Previously, from July 2018, member of the management board of the European investment fund Luma Holding, a tin producer in Rwanda, CEO of LuNa Smelter, where he was responsible for strategic projects in the area of ​​exploration and mining in Sub-Saharan Africa. From 2017 to 2018, member of the management board of the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis. In the years 2013-2015 he was the president of the energy company Enea, and from 2008 to 2013 he was the vice-president of Tauron Polska Energia. Associate professor at the Silesian University of Technology and the WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza. He is the author or co-author of over 40 publications and scientific and research opinions. His research work focuses on issues related to energy economics, energy market, capacity market, acquisition and consolidation of companies, innovation and logistics process management.

Karolina Roszyk

A financier with many years of experience in the energy industry and a licensed tax advisor.
A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics. Responsible for tax management in the Veolia Group in Poland for over 10 years, member of the management board for over 3 years, CFO of Veolia Energy Contracting Poland, a commercial company dealing in trading and selling energy, gas and heat, purchasing energy from renewable energy sources and purchasing and logistics of fuels for for companies in the Veolia Group in Poland.

Rafał Domaszewski

Member of the Management Board, Wholesale Director

He began his adventure with the energy sector after graduating with honors from the Warsaw University of Technology, starting as an analyst. Later, as a portfolio manager, he intertwined his career paths with those of scientific development at the University of Oslo. As a result, he was promoted to the position of director and then became a member of the management board for commercial affairs at Enea Trading. He has had a trader's license since 2011. In 2020, he joined Veolia Energy Contracting Poland as director of the portfolio management department, and from September 2022 he has been a member of the management board, director of wholesale trading.

Robert Zmuda

Member of the Management Board, Commercial Director

Graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and participant of numerous international trainings and courses. He has developed over twenty years of professional experience in the energy industry as Commercial Director in the Veolia Group. Member of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Mineral Resources and Energy Economy of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Krakow, Chairman of the Hydrogen Economy Commission at the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice.

Professional career focused on activities that fit into the trend of energy transformation and environmental protection technologies in energy and industry. The scope of activities also includes business development of represented companies on pioneering energy markets along with coordination of implementation processes at energy and industrial facilities in the country and abroad.
