Reporting irregularities at Veolia Energy Contracting Poland
Veolia Energy Contracting Poland has appointed a Reports Officer who is responsible for receiving and reviewing irregularities reported by whistleblowers.
The Compliance Officer is an independent and trusted addressee to whom every employee of the company, as well as business partners, can safely report information about irregularities.
Reporting irregularities remains confidential; the reporter may also choose to remain anonymous, although this may make it more difficult to clarify the matter and prevent the provision of feedback.
The investigation is conducted by the Reporting Officer, in accordance with the Veolia Energy Contracting Poland reporting procedures. Veolia Poland applies uniform reporting procedures and procedures. Each company has adopted procedures identical to those adopted by Veolia Energia Polska, which are available on each company's website.
