Our remote management of thermal energy in buildings allows for effective optimization of heat consumption to increase the comfort of residents and reduce costs.
We have the answer to that, how to reduce heat consumption in buildings! Hubgrade is the heart of the system supporting thermal energy management in buildings covered by the OptiGO service! As in the case of the Smart Heating Network, it allows monitoring and control of heat consumption in a given facility. Hubgrade is remote management of thermal energy in the building, which helps to adjust the temperature to the needs of residents by collecting and analyzing historical and current data. Thanks to this, we can ensure thermal comfort regardless of the weather, reduce energy consumption and reduce its costs. Additionally, our clients receive access to the OptiGO! Platform, and thus a full set of information on energy savings in the form of reports.

NEW COGENERATION UNITS IN WARSAW
In the Warsaw districts of Włochy and Bielany, Veolia has launched two new gas-powered cogeneration sources with a capacity of 1 MW, the operation of which will support the local heating system.
Electricity produced from the new units will be able to be sold to local customers in cluster solutions. In addition to the environmental benefits resulting from the effective use of primary energy, the new sources will also provide real support in maintaining a high standard and increasing the security of heat supplies for customers using Veolia's heating network.

HOME FOR FAMILIES, WARSAW
The "House for Families", where relatives of patients of the Children's Clinical Hospital live, was equipped by Veolia with comprehensive, modern and safe energy solutions, providing the facility with heating and cooling of the building. Thanks to the use of photovoltaic panels and heat pumps, the system ensures energy savings, cost optimization and lower CO2 and dust emissions into the atmosphere, and the BMS platform allows for ongoing control of energy consumption. Additionally, the facility is equipped with a charging station that allows you to charge an electric car battery in just 4 hours.
