Electricity subsidies for companies - obligations for entrepreneurs using the energy shield
Even though government energy subsidies for entrepreneurs and protective mechanisms have ceased to apply, companies that used them in the second half of 2024 must remember to complete the formalities. What kind? The Act of November 27, 2024 introduced the obligation to submit "Information on Aid" to the energy seller. The aim is to verify the possibility of public aid, i.e. to determine the validity of the electricity subsidy for companies. The deadline for submitting the declaration is June 30, 2025.

- having creditworthiness.
