Z Maximum Price (PLN 693,00/MWh + excise duty + VAT) can benefit Authorized Recipients – micro-entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs and entities listed in Art. 2 point 2 letter b-e of the Act – check the link), including public utility entities and local government units - to the extent that they consume electricity for the purposes specified for each category of entity in the provisions of the Act.
If the Eligible Recipient submits an appropriate Declaration by January 31, 2024, he or she will benefit from the Maximum Price in the period from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024.
We kindly inform you that the Seller is not responsible for determining whether the Customer is an Eligible Recipient. Therefore, our Company does not consult or participate in the interpretation of the provisions of Article 2, point 2 of the Act in determining whether the Customer may be classified as a group of Eligible Recipients.
Eligible recipients who have previously submitted the Declaration are not obliged to submit it again.

The template of the Declaration was specified by the Minister of Climate and Environment in the regulation of November 10, 2022 on the template of the Declaration of the Authorized Recipient
Dear Customer, if you have any doubts and do not know how to properly complete the Declaration - look see the instructions below
1. Identification data of the Authorized Recipient – enter the data of the Authorized Recipient in accordance with the registration data, in particular data from the National Court Register, CEIDG or GUS.
2. Identification and contact details of the Authorized Recipient or the person authorized to represent this Recipient - please enter the name and surname of the Authorized Recipient or the person who represents the Recipient.
Providing your e-mail address may make it easier for us to communicate with you regarding your statement, but it is not mandatory.
3. Identification and contact details of the second person authorized to represent this Authorized Recipient (complete, if applicable) – should be completed, e.g. in the case of a two-person representation of the company.
4. Information about electricity consumption points (PPE)
Column 1 – ELECTRICITY COLLECTION POINT NUMBER (PPE) – enter the correct number for each PPE for which the Declaration is being submitted. The PPE number is included on every energy invoice. If you are submitting a Declaration for the number of PPEs greater than 25, please attach subsequent pages with a table.
Column 2 - for each PPE number, indicate 1, 2, 3, 4 in accordance with the Declaration submitted in point 5 of the Declaration (below the table).
Column 3 – for each indicated PPE number, enter the date of conclusion of the contract.
Column 4 - for each indicated PPE number, enter the estimated amount of electricity consumption in the period from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024.
Column 5 – for each indicated PPE number, enter the % of energy that is to be covered by the Maximum Price.
Column 6 – for each indicated PPE number, enter the % of energy that is not to be covered by the Maximum Price. % should be entered with an accuracy of 2 decimal places.
For each indicated PPE number, the % of energy covered by the Maximum Price and the % of energy not covered by the Maximum Price must add up to 100%.
5. Declarations
Please put an X in the appropriate field.
We kindly ask you to additionally send, in a second, separate file, in an editable version, the list of PPEs indicated in the Declaration to the following address: statement@veolia.com
This will speed up the processing of the submitted Declaration and the identification of the PPE for which the Maximum Price should be applied, but failure to send such a file does not result in the submitted Declaration being incorrect.
Declaration in electronic form
A declaration submitted in electronic form must be signed in accordance with the rules of representation of the Authorized Recipient, only using one of the three types of electronic signature:
- qualified signature, details on the website
- trusted signature, details on the website and here
- personal signature, details on the website
WARNING!
An electronic declaration that will not be signed by any of the three signatures mentioned above, as well as a scan of the declaration with a handwritten signature - in accordance with the provisions of the Act of October 27, 2022 on emergency measures aimed at limiting the level of electricity prices and support for certain customers in 2023 does not constitute a properly submitted Declaration and will not be accepted.

Declaration in paper form

Most frequently asked questions
The Maximum Price for Eligible Customers with tariff groups A, B, C and R is PLN 693/MWh in the period from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024. The price does not include value added tax and excise duty.
We will apply the Maximum Price to all volume consumed during the period covered by the Act, as indicated in section 4 of the Declaration.
If the Eligible Recipient submits an appropriate Declaration by January 31, 2024, he or she will benefit from the Maximum Price in the period from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024.
The declaration should be signed by the Persons Authorized to represent the Authorized Recipient.

The declaration must be submitted by January 31, 2024. If the Declaration is sent via a postal operator, the date of the postmark will be considered.
If the Declaration is sent or submitted after January 31, 2024, then the Maximum Price will be applied from the month following the month in which the Declaration was sent.
Example:
If the Declaration is submitted in January 2024, we will start applying the Maximum Price starting from settlements for energy consumed in January 2024. If the Declaration is submitted in February 2024, we will start applying the Maximum Price starting from settlements for energy consumed in March 2024.
If the Declaration is submitted:
- by mail in paper form - you should make sure that you can monitor the status of your shipment
- at the Company's headquarters - our employee will confirm that he has accepted the documents
- to the address statement@veolia.com – confirmation of its receipt will be sent to the e-mail address from which the Statement was sent
The Seller is not obliged to request the Authorized Recipient to re-submit a Statement that has been submitted incorrectly, is incomplete or contains errors. For this reason, it is very important to complete the Declaration carefully, because submitting it contrary to the applicable requirements will result in the Declaration not being taken into account, and the date of submission of the Declaration, which determines the period of using the maximum price, will always be the date of submitting the complete Declaration to us in the form specified in the regulations.
