OBLIGATION TO CONDUCT AN ENERGY AUDIT OF THE ENTERPRISE

The obligation to conduct an audit rests with enterprises that, in the last two financial years: employed an annual average of at least 250 employees or achieved an annual net turnover from the sale of goods and services and financial operations exceeding the PLN equivalent of EUR 50 million, and the total assets of its balance sheet prepared at the end in one of these years they exceeded the PLN equivalent of EUR 43 million.

In addition, it is used to distribute the collected heat to appropriate parts of the network, such as: central heating, domestic hot water or technological heat. The heating node is an important element for the proper functioning of the entire heating installation installed in the building.

How can you save on thermal energy consumption in a building? Hybrid solutions are worth exploring. A hybrid heating system uses more than one heat source to heat the building and heat water. It typically combines modern, environmentally friendly methods of generating energy from renewable energy sources, such as heat pumps, with traditional heating methods, such as a gas boiler. This arrangement helps save on heating bills and offers greater opportunities for energy independence. This hybrid system can adapt to changing weather conditions, energy prices, and heating demand.

A gas central heating system uses natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as a fuel to heat the building and heat domestic water. It usually consists of a gas furnace, which is the heat source, and a heat distribution system, which may be water radiators, underfloor heating or forced-air heating. This solution is comfortable, reliable and relatively cheap to operate, but requires access to the gas network or a liquid gas tank.
