Veolia Energy Contracting Poland (VECP), a commercial company of the Veolia Group in Poland, is expanding its portfolio with additional important clients, both business and local government: PKP PLK SA and its subsidiaries and the city of Jelenia Góra. Veolia won the tenders by offering the most competitive price.
Veolia Energy Contracting has won several tenders in recent weeks in which it offered the best price. Veolia will supply 657 GWh of electricity for 2024-25 to one of the largest energy consumers in Poland - PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. and its subsidiaries. The second tender won by Veolia, with a volume of 18 GWh, covers the supply of electricity for 2024 to all organizational units of the city of Jelenia Góra, for which Veolia offered the lowest price among three bidders. The purchased energy will flow to 466 consumption points throughout the city, i.e. buildings and utility facilities, street lighting supply points and traffic lights.
